GLC: Womxn in Law Part 4 – Womxn in Tax

“INTAXICATION”  its that nice feeling you get when you receive a tax refund until you realise that it was actually your own money in the first place.
While this may have brought a smile to your face, the pandemic has been a taxing time for many of us, and with the start of the new year, tax season is looming, and I know this can be taxing for the brain so early in the year….
So to change things up a bit GLC Womxn in Law Series has an esteemed panel of incredible tax womxn from across the country to give their insights into “life as a tax lawyer”.
Some of the topics to be covered are:
  • How do you navigate yourself as a womxn in a male dominated practice area?
  • Why tax?
  • Predictability and security of traditional legal careers
Join GLC Womxn in Law series on January 28, 2021 at 4pm PST / 7pm EST for part 4 of the series titled “Womxn in Tax and working outside of the traditional legal centre”, where our panel will share their experiences and perhaps encourage more young professionals to consider tax as a career.
